Josie is the oldest girl of the eight chefs and the leader of the pack of our female chefs! She is a 3rd grader and loves and excels at her school. Josie’s a wizard with a chef knife and loves to do the prep work. She’ll work for hours chopping vegetables, peeling shrimp, or emulsifying a dressing by hand and loves to be in the kitchen. She’s a saucy little thing herself and makes sure that her older brothers know who the boss really is!

Josie’s favorite dish to create (and eat!) is Beef Wellington.
